Only Skin - Comic Shows and Book Releases

Hello, there.

I thought I'd make a post about the upcoming events I'll be going to this spring as Only Skin: The Collected Edition is released into the world. Above is the poster I made for the Bergen Street Comics release party we're working on. It is meant to be a sort of nod to those painted Star Wars movie posters (This one in particular). I am also working on another poster for the book to take with me to all these shows.

Anyway, here is the full list:

• Sunday, April 8th - KGB Bar Reading w/ Leela Corman, Jon Lewis and Ellen Lindner

• Saturday, April 28th - release party at Bergen Street Comics

• Saturday/Sunday, April 28th/29th - MoCCA Art Fest

• Saturday/Sunday, May 5th/6th - TCAF

• Sunday, May 20th - MECAF

• Saturday/Sunday, June 16th/17th - CAKE

I'm also planning/hoping to go to PAC in Philly, SPX, MIX in Minnie and BCGF to round out the year. Should be a busy year. 

We'll also have more info very shortly on Sundays 5, a new edition of the Sundays anthology that I'm editing that is coming along nicely. I hope to have copies with me for those comics shows mentioned above. This is a great looking book and I'm really excited about it. More info on that to come ASAP.

Only Skin Sample Book

Here are some shots of the Only Skin Collected Edition sample book. We're going to be tweaking the colors a little bit, probably taking out a little of the magenta. The book will be out at MoCCA and hopefully we'll have more info about a potential book release party that weekend that's starting to come together. It's exciting to hold the book.









Now it's time to start drawing something new.
